Hi, and welcome to the exciting world of Russo Racing! My name is Christopher Russo and I am the proud owner/Driver of the Russo Racing Pro Modified Corvette. I have participated in the sport of drag racing in IHRA and NHRA for more than 20 years. I have always been very competitive. Growing up I played High School and College Football. I am currently a member of Team Torque, a nationally known powerlifting team, but my first love has always been Drag Racing.

I started racing in 1984 and my first car was a painfully slow '69 Barracuda. Since that time I have always looked to upgrade and go faster. In 2002 I aquired the Corvette that we presently campaign. This was a great move, but the best move I ever made was to surround myself with a group of people who are as dedicated and talented as I could ever ask for.

I served in the United States Marine Corp honorably for four years. Currently I am a fire lieutenent in Montclair, NJ. Being a part of thse two organizations has taught me the importance of teamwork, and that's what Russo Racing is all about. A team of good friends working together.
